Our newly weds were joined by both sets of Mothers’ singing a duet beautifully, and joining a choir whose music resonated throughout the beautiful stone church.
We have never before witnessed (and probably never will again) someone solve a Rubik’s Cube as well as Karel, and on his wedding day he was in the pinnacle of his Rubik’s cube solving career, meanwhile Laura was preparing for her wedding day while joined by her family & team of amazing bridesmaids, and also her Grandma on Skype from the UK.
Their wedding reception at Newbery Lodge followed a lovely British theme and was garnished by the most amazing words of support and advice by friends and family.
“We’ve seen the video now, and just wow! We were simply amazed at how well you managed to capture everything we wanted to express on our wedding day. It was hard to fully appreciate the day at the time, since we were a bit worried about how everything would turn out. It’s awesome to have a video like this so we can look back and remember the day without the tension, and show it to people who couldn’t make it. The title is quite accurate as Karel does tend to get obsessed with things (the Rubik’s cube being a prime example), and we were trying to work out where you’d got it from. It makes sense now that it’s from Tom’s speech! We are so glad we decided to get the wedding filmed, and we’re sure it’ll be something we watch in 10, 20 and 50 years time 🙂” – Laura & Karel

Lynette Telford - What a beautiful wedding and a lovely bride and groom. Wishing God’s blessing and love to you both as you embark on your lives together. (Mother of the groom looked particularly stunning too, I have to say.)
