Shortly after James and Katie had their first date, James was dispatched to Afghanistan… Our nervous Katie waited for his safe arrival home to the UK. Once back home their relationship flourished, and before long James got down on one knee and asked Katie to be his wife, then they moved their lives back to New Zealand.
